best diet plan to lose weight quickly
A healthy weight loss diet plan:
breakfas
1 cup whole grain cereal with half a cup of skim milk
snack:
a medium sized apple with a tbsp of peanut butter
lunch:
4 ounces chicken breast, 1-2 cup(s) of salad (w/o salad dressing or just dip your fork in you favorite dressing; saves A LOT of calories & u can add any kind of vegetables u want) & 1/2 cup brown rice
snack:
kiwi and a strawberry (add some brown sugar or honey if u want)
dinner:
3 ounces lean steak cooked with a tsp of olive oil w/ salad OR a can of tuna mixed with salsa and greens and 1/2 cup of brown rice or slice of whole grain bread.
dessert:
frozen yogurt. or half a banana sliced into pieces with 1/3 cup of sliced almonds and your favorite kinda of yogurt, and a dash of honey. mix it together and u get a banana and almonds bowl. its good.
this meal plan is about 1,037 calories & doesn’t leave out any food groups which is vital for all around nutrition.
What is the best weight loss diet plan?
one: Avoid junk food, sugar, and if you can cut out a simple carb here and there that wouldn’t hurt either. Just don’t go overboard.
As for your workout, I suggest 3-4 times a week. Do resistance (weight) training in the beginning of your workout. Do your upper body (chest, shoulders, back, arms) one workout, your lower body (abs, legs) the next. After weight training, jump on the treadmill/elliptical for 30-45 minutes.
Consistency is key. You’re young so don’t go insane with crash diets.
two: best plan is to figure out how much calories you’re consuming and lower it until you are consuming not less then 1500 a day and do HIIT cardio 3 times a week on non consecutive day.. also add some strength training to non cardio days.
